‘Tis the season for all things yummy and scrumptious! Our favorite dishes this time of year are usually heavy and calorically-dense. They pack a whole lot into each bite.

As you plan your festivities and feasts, it can certainly be fine to give in to your go-to recipes and enjoy in moderation. Why not also mix in some new, better-for-you dishes? It’s another one of those small choices that can add up to an altogether healthier holidays.
