Strength Training Classes:

THE ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS™ gets you lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of reps, you’ll get a total body workout. Instructors coach you through scientifically-backed moves helping you achieve more than on your own!  

 

This 30 to 45-minute core workout uses your body weight, resistance tubes and weight plates to strengthen and tone your abs, glutes, hips and back. Exercises are designed to improve your functional strength for better mobility and injury prevention.

 

LES MILLS BARRE is a modern version of classic balletic training; a 30-minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength, and allow you to escape the everyday. Incorporating classic ballet positions, with modern music, LES MILLS BARRE is a combination of cardio and strength with high reps of small range-of-motion movements and very light weights.

 

A strength training workout that emphasizes toning and muscle definition. This class targets every major muscle group using an adjustable barbell and dumbbells. Featuring easy-to-follow routines set to motivating music, anybody can do this workout!

 

This ballet-inspired workout combines elements of Pilates, yoga, dance and strength training, focusing on high reps of small movements. Using equipment like the ballet barre, gliding disks and light weights, you'll strengthen and tone your whole body.

Core

From improved posture, to better balance and stability, a strong core makes daily activities easier and reduces risk of injury. Strengthen your abs, glutes, hips and back using a variety of different equipment and body weight.


Full Body

If you’re looking for a total body strength workout, this is it! This class offers a variety of different strength exercises using various equipment such as dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, body weight and more to give you a full body workout. 


Lower Body

This class uses a variety of weights, barbells, tubes, bands and other equipment to train and strengthen your legs, glutes, abs, and lower back.


Upper Body

This class uses a variety of weights, barbells, tubes, bands, and other equipment to train and strengthen your arms, chest, abs and upper back.

 

Preparing your body for real-life movements makes daily activities easier and prevents injury. Using various equipment and challenging exercises, this class gives you the strength, mobility, and endurance to get you functionally fit.

 

This Kettlebell class takes heart pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves and combines them into a full-body, 60 minute, calorie-torching workout! 

 

TRX Suspension Training uses your own body weight and gravity to help you develop the strength, balance, flexibility and core stability you need to achieve your fitness goals and stay free of injuries.

 

Using a blue, bouncy dome that resembles a Swiss ball cut in half, this class works your glutes, hips, thighs, upper body and mid-section while building your core strength and balance.
