Practice Schedule

• Junior: Tuesday and Thursday, 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
• Advanced: Tuesday and Thursday, 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (6-6:30 p.m. Dryland Practice)

Participation Requirements

Swim team members must be able to pass the YMCA's swim test and try out before joining the team.
