Don't just sit on the couch cheering—get up and get moving! Check out our workout for watching basketball. You'll perform different moves for each element of the game, like "three point burpees," a "slam dunk celebration," and the "turn over shuffle."
Make this workout even more interesting if you're watching a game with friends who are cheering for your opponent. You do the exercises for your team and have them do the exercises for theirs. Who will end up having to perform the most "push off push ups?"
Bonus: Get creative and come up with exercises for the winner, loser, and the point difference. The only rule: everyone watching the game has to participate!
