September: Campaign Gift Entry Training(s)

October 1: 2024 Campaign Gift Entry Opens
November 1: 2024 Goal Report Launch

August 5 - September 13: Identify Staff Campaign Campaigners
August 5: Request staff list from HRC
October 1: Launch Staff Campaign
October 31: 50% of Goal for Staff Campaign, 100% Asked
November 15: 75% of Goal for Staff Campaign 
November 30: 100% of Goal for Staff Campaign

September/October (TBD): First AGC Chair Call 
October – November: Board Campaign Training/Major Gifts Training @ Center Board Meetings  
October 15: All board opportunities assigned (Execs/Board Chair/AGC Chair to determine) 
November 1: Launch Board Campaign    
November 30: 100% Asked of Board Campaign  
December 13: 50% of Goal for Board Campaign     
December 31: 100% of Goal for Board Campaign

October - December: Targeted Year End Gifts; Prospecting work for potential new donors through philanthropy committees; All Major Gift Asks Assigned
January 1: Official launch of Major Gifts effort
February 1: 50% of Goal for Major Gifts 
March 1: 75% of Goal for Major Gifts 
April 4: 100% of Goal for Major Gifts and all AGC timeframe opportunities/donors asked to give

February 1-15: Campaign Materials Distributed
February 27: PIT Crew Meeting/Community Campaign Training
March 13: Community Campaign asks assigned to Campaigners
February and March: Community Campaigner Training at staff meetings (as needed by Director of AGC)
March 24 – April 4: Members Helping Members Acquisition Campaign
