This Donor Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how the YMCA of Middle Tennessee (“the Y”) uses and protects the personal information you provide on our website (“the Website” or “Website”), in our facilities or in making a donation online or in person, as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications.
The Y maintains an ongoing commitment to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Accordingly, any personally identifiable information provided by you to us shall be used in accordance with the conditions outlined in this Policy. By using the Website, or providing personal information in our facilities or as a donor, you accept the practices described in this Policy.
We will not sell or trade our donors' names or personal information with any other entity, nor send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations.
To the extent any donor information is securely shared with a third-party service provider, our donors’ information will only be used for internal purposes which can include donation processing, research and analysis.
