Journey to Healthy Living presents participants with a new way of thinking about a fundamental building block of life. By combining small-group discussion with a variety of entry-level workouts, this eight-week group provides accountability and support for individuals looking to start or restart a balanced, healthy lifestyle initiative.

In this group, participants:

  • Answer tough questions about how body image is connected to mental, emotional and spiritual health
