Designed to be inclusive of all faiths, our online classes bring the small-group experience to your device so you can join others in your community, no matter where you are.
All classes are open to the community and offered at no cost to you.
Mondays: Noon-12:30 p.m.
Strength training for the mind and spirit begins with silence and stillness. This class is for anyone who wants to make space for peace and calm at the start of your week with 20 minutes of guided, focused silent prayer together with others. People of all faiths and no faiths are welcomed and included.
Tuesdays: Noon-12:50 p.m. from Jan. 19 to Feb. 16, 2021 (five sessions)
Strength training for the mind and spirit incorporates listening and reflection. Through silent reflection and optional sharing on a spiritual writing, this class invites us to listen and grow together. While some of the readings may include Christian scripture, not all of them will. People of all faiths and no faiths are welcomed and included.
