In addition to the hard work of its staff members Y-CAP depends on the help of volunteers to help change the lives of youth. There are countless ways for you to devote your time, talents or treasure such as being a mentor or homework helper.

Your gift to YMCA's Community Action Project is crucial in making our mission possible. Our Annual We Build People Campaign and the YMCA Foundation offer opportunities to make donations. Your gift to the YMCA We Build People Campaign makes our mission possible: to not turn anyone away due to an inability to pay.$53-Provides one year of school supplies for one youth in our SmartKids Program. $78-Buys a complete outfit for school for one youth at Warren's House. $254 Will sponsor one family for the Y-CAP Angel Tree Sponsorship Program. $424 Will provide twenty-one nights of shelter for one resident of the Positive Beginnings Life Skills Camp.
