Corporate America On the Move Week is aimed at motivating employees to take small steps towards a healthier lifestyle. As part of that initiative, YMCA of Middle Tennessee centers are deepening their commitment to community-wide efforts to promote healthy living and intensify collaboration with community partners to support employees seeking healthier lifestyles.

Nursery & Playroom
Our nursery and playroom is a FREE service to our family members and offers age-appropriate activities for children for two hours per day, up to nine hours per week. Parents must be on the grounds of the YMCA to participate. Children should be signed in at the front entrance to the playroom.
Nursery Hours
6 wks-3 yrs. -- 4-6 — Mon.-Fri. 8am-noon & 4-8pm
6 wks-4 yrs. -- 5-10 — Sat 8am-1pm
6 wks.-4 yrs. -- 5-10 — Sunday 1-3:30pm
