Adult Programs
Tae Kwon Do
Practice this ancient art form of self-defense, balance, endurance and physical strength. Adults experience a positive way to channel youthful energy while building character and self-esteem. Uniforms can be ordered at the beginning of any session for an additional fee. (Class fee does not include belt testing.)
Instructor:
Jim Sprouse, a 3rd degree Black Belt with more than 35 years of Martial Arts experience, has taught self-defense at the YMCA for more than 10 years.

Women's Self Defense Course
Protect yourself and learn self-defense at the Sumner County Family YMCA. This course is designed for women to learn prevention skills, blocks, take downs and proper fall techniques. Course is hands on and taught in a supportive learning environment. Class is designed for women ages 18 years old and up.
Instructor:
Art Lihte, 8th Degree Black Belt.

Ballroom Dancing
Designed to teach you all the major social dances. If you like to Waltz or just move and groove, this adult course is for you. Learn from a seasoned instructor in small class settings.
