Remember to reserve Friday, September 12 for a fun day of golf at the Barren River State Resort Park. There’s always plenty of food, fun and prizes for everyone! This is a fundraiser for the Y and all proceeds go to our We Build People Campaign which keeps the Y available to all!
Childcare
Fun FridaysLet the YMCA be a fun and safe place for your preschool-age child to spend the day. This is a great time for parents to run errands while kids are having a fun time. The Fun Friday day is from 7:30am–2:30pm for $15 a day, if you need before and or after-school child care the fees will be $18 a day. Please contact the Y for more information.
Nursery/Playroom (Ages 6 weeks — 6 years)
The YMCA offers a safe, fun, healthy place for your children while you utilize the facility. Free to family members; $2/day for guests.

Monday: 8am–Noon, 4:30-7:30pm
Tuesday: 8am–Noon, 3:30-7:30pm
Wednesday: 8am–Noon, 4:30-7:30pm
Thursday: 8am–Noon, 3:30-7:30pm
Friday: 8am–Noon, 4:30-7:30pm
Saturday: 9am-Noon
Kids Gym
Kids ages 3-6 are invited to Kids Gym Mondays and Wednesdays from 10-11am This FREE program offers organized physical education and creative movement programs. Please pick up a complete list of Nursery policies at the Membership Desk.
Guidelines
- Members ages 6 and younger must be in the nursery or with someone age 16 and older at all times in an age-appropriate area.
- Only ages 6 weeks — 6 years allowed in the nursery.
- Only parents, immediate family members age 16 or older and legal guardians are allowed to place children in the nursery.
