Remember to reserve Friday, September 12 for a fun day of golf at the Barren River State Resort Park. There’s always plenty of food, fun and prizes for everyone! This is a fundraiser for the Y and all proceeds go to our We Build People Campaign which keeps the Y available to all!
Active Older Adults
SilverSneakers® Senior Strength TrainingCome and be a part of this fun-filled, low-impact exercise class.

Silver Stars
Silver Stars is open to singers, musicians and dancers. Solos, duos and groups welcome! First-round auditions will take place at Cadillac Ranch in downtown Nashville on Saturday, August 23, 2008. For further details, visit www.hssilverstars.com.
The YMCA of Middle Tennessee is the official co-sponsor for the event, which has enabled HealthSpring to offer such a rewarding opportunity. In addition to the $7,500 grand prize money, ten finalists will also receive a one-year YMCA membership.
