07/05/2008 8:00am - 9:00am Low impact activity that provides mid to high cardiovascular training utilizing water resistance for a total body workout. 07/05/2008 8:05am - 9:05am A basic concept of movement that will increase agility, cardiovascular fitness, and endurance and strength using plyometrics and calisthenics.
07/05/2008 8:15am - 9:00am This class used a Star Trek stationary bike, motivating music and a certified instructor, teaching a challenging cardiovascular workout. Due to limited space, get your Pass at the welcome center. Class meets across from the aerobic room. We Recommend that you bring a towel and water bottle. Appropriate for beginners.
07/05/2008 9:05am - 10:05am 07/05/2008 9:15am - 10:00am Enjoy an outdoor activity indoors. Beginners and advanced participants benefit in the same class. New students should arrive early. Due to limited space, please pick up your pass at the welcome center a few minutes before class. This class is 45 minutes long. | ||
