11/20/2008 7:15am - 8:00am Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with hadlles, and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.
11/20/2008 8:15am - 9:15am 11/20/2008 8:30am - 9:15am Enjoy an outdoor activity indoors. Beginners and advanced participants benefit in the same class. New students should arrive early. Due to limited space, please pick up your pass at the welcome center a few minutes before class. This class is 45 minutes in length.
11/20/2008 9:00am - 10:00am Low impact activity that provides mid to high cardiovascular training utilizing water resistance for a total body workout. 11/20/2008 9:15am - 10:15am Use of yoga postures and the resist a ball. Bosu ball to help strengthen and stretch and help improve fitness. Appropriate for beginners.

11/20/2008 5:00pm - 5:30pm 11/20/2008 5:30pm - 6:30pm Learn mix intensity kick and punch combinations peppered with jump rope, drill work and abs.

11/20/2008 6:30pm - 7:30pm This class is basic body muscular conditioning using resitance ball, rubber tubing, benches and dumbells. 11/20/2008 7:30pm - 8:30pm This class uses yoga postures to help strengthen participants and help them improve overall physical fitness.
