08/22/2008 5:45am - 6:45am Enjoy an outdoor activity indoors. Beginners and advanced participants benefit in the same class. New students should arrive early. Due to limited space, please pick up your pass at the welcome center a few minutes before class. This class is 60 minutes long. 08/22/2008 8:00am - 9:00am Aqua class structured for Arthritis Management. Combining slow Range of Motion exercises with light resistance tools tones and refreshes your whole body. Beginners as well as those recovering from injury/surgery would benefit. Members have the option to use the resistance tools.

08/22/2008 9:00am - 10:00am Low impact activity that provides mid to high cardiovascular training utilizing water resistance for a total body workout. 08/22/2008 9:30am - 10:30am No frills, no fuss, straight up strength with barbells/weight plates and dumbells.
