Combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the participant to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN and EASY TO DO!” Zumba is a feel good workout that is great for both the body and the mind.

The Arthritis Aquatic Program is a recreational program for people who suffer from arthritis or who have trouble with pain and stiffness in their joints. The program is certified by the YMCA of the USA and the Arthritis Foundation. Teachers lead participants through a series of specific activities designed to improve joint flexibility and muscle strength. The warm water and gentle movements are also helpful in relieving pain and stiffness.

Get pumped up! This class format is designed to challenge your strength, stability, and stamina. Sculpt your way through a variety of power packed exercises utilizing free weights, bands, tubes, stability balls, or the body bar.
