10/09/2008 5:30am - 6:15am Come experience this instructor-led, group treadmill
class in the Wellness Center! Reserve your treadmill the day before class. (Limit 5) 10/09/2008 8:15am - 9:15am Combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the participant to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN and EASY TO DO!” Zumba is a feel good workout that is great for both the body and the mind.
10/09/2008 8:30am - 9:30am 10/09/2008 9:15am - 10:00am Has life wreaked havoc on your body? Pilates can be a wonderful antidote, providing a workout that will straighten, strengthen and stretch your body.
10/09/2008 10:30am - 11:30am 10/09/2008 1:00pm - 2:00pm The Arthritis Aquatic Program is a recreational program for people who suffer from arthritis or who have trouble with pain and stiffness in their joints. The program is certified by the YMCA of the USA and the Arthritis Foundation. Teachers lead participants through a series of specific activities designed to improve joint flexibility and muscle strength. The warm water and gentle movements are also helpful in relieving pain and stiffness.
10/09/2008 4:15pm - 5:00pm Get pumped up! This class format is designed to challenge your strength, stability, and stamina. Sculpt your way through a variety of power packed exercises utilizing free weights, bands, tubes, stability balls, or the body bar.
10/09/2008 5:15pm - 6:15pm This class is for the person that loves to mix up cardio kickbox and step with a healthy dose of core conditioning.
10/09/2008 5:15pm - 6:35pm These classes are for beginners and serve as an orientation to group fitness.
10/09/2008 5:30pm - 6:30pm 10/09/2008 6:20pm - 7:20pm Wring out the tension and stress with this total mind/body fitness class. It is a holistic program of exercise, breathing, and relaxation techniques designed to improve or maintain quality of
