09/02/2008 8:00am - 9:00am Enjoy an outdoor activity inside! Beginners and advanced participants can benefit in the same class. Burn up to 500 calories in just 40 minutes! New sudents should arrive early for proper bike set-up and instruction.
09/02/2008 10:00am - 11:00am Silver Sneakers(R) I- Muscular Strength & Range of Movement Enjoy a fun workout desingned for the 50+ adult! Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. 09/02/2008 5:30pm - 6:30pm This workout is for all who love or want to love step! A high energy step class to get in there and get it done. A power strength and tone class working upper and lower body muscles to increase endurance. Enjoy mixed-impact choreography.
09/02/2008 6:30pm - 7:30pm A total cardio workout! Have fun with all the equipment in the closet and a variety of drills (sports, agility, running, jumping, mixed-impact) to get your heart and lungs stronger and healthier. Oh, and can you say, "calorie burn?"
09/02/2008 7:30pm - 8:00pm ABSolution: A 15 or 30 minute class (depending on center) designed to whittle your middle. Increase strength and definition in the abs, back, and glutes, otherwise known as your CORE.
