Basic H2O circuit:  A well-rounded and fun water workout that includes cardio-vascular conditioning and muscle strengthening using various equipment and water resistance.  The "basic" version of this class is a shorter and/or less intense workout with all the same benefits!

Our basic version gets you started on the right foot with simple choreography and lighter intensity.

08/20/2008 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Find and surpass your cardio and strength limits.  You WILL make positive body, mind, and spirit changes in this course.  Your instructor will push you above and beyond to reach your goals.  Can you say "results?"
08/20/2008 7:00pm - 7:30pm
A 15 or 30 minute class (depending on center) designed to whittle your middle.  Increase strength and definition in the abs, back, and glutes, otherwise known as your CORE.
