Taste Smyrna's Best Restaurants While Supporting Your Y

The community is invited to sample Smyrna's finest restaurants at "Taste of Smyrna" on Saturday, May 1 from 5-7pm.

Held at StoneCrest Medical Center, this outdoor event will bring our local restaurants together and let our community taste all the local favorites.

Second Annual Indoor Triathlon

Swim, bike and run with us Saturday, April 10, 2010.

First Heat Starts at 8am
Format: 500-yard Swim, 12-mile Bike, 3-mile Run

All proceeds go towards the YMCA's We Build People Campaign.

Beginners and Advanced Groupings
There will be two groups: beginner and advanced as well as men’s and women’s divisions. Beginner is for people entering their first ever triathlon. Advanced is for all you experienced pros! Pre register Members for $25, Day of for $30. Program Members add $5. Great Prizes!
