06/30/2008 6:00am Volunteer-led senior low impact class combining cardiovasucular conditioning with muscle conditioning and stretching for a fun, balanced workout.
06/30/2008 8:00am - 8:30am 06/30/2008 8:15am This class is designed for anyone who has advanced past the TWWE I class. The class is slightly more intense than TWWE I and has a low-intensity cardiovascular component. This transistional class is for graduates of the TWEE I, but who are not ready to mainstream back into a traditional class.
06/30/2008 9:00am - 10:00am This class is a 60-minute class, which provides mid to high cardiovascular training along with muscular endurance. The intensity is equal to land aerobics, but with little impact on the joints. Great cross-training for ANY fitness level!
06/30/2008 9:45am 06/30/2008 9:45am - 10:30am Indoor Cycling classes are led by an instructor who guides you through a series of simulated bike courses - hills, valleys, jumps, open road. Great calorie burner & fun for ANY level! Reserve your bike at the front desk.

06/30/2008 5:00pm - 6:00pm This 60-minute class provides a great moderate to intense level workout! The class is good for ALL and is designed to allow the participants to cross-train at their own pace. This non-impact class is instructed in the 6-foot area of the lap pool.
