08/15/2008 5:45am - 7:00am Boot Camp is an intensive results-oriented conditioning program. Working to develop functional conditioning, each session trains the entire body head to toe. Workouts include bodyweight calisthenics, cardiovascular and strength-endurance activities as well as sports conditioning drills. The program is designed to take you from any fitness level to the next. Beginners to Advanced welcome. *Class meets Monday through Friday* 08/15/2008 8:15am - 9:15am Inside during the winter. A well-rounded and fun water workout that includes cardio-vascular conditioning and muscle strengthening using various equipment and water resistance. 08/15/2008 8:30am - 9:15am Water required *towel provided* Reserve your bike 24 hours in advance by calling 373-2900. Enjoy an outdoor activity inside! Beginners and advanced participants can benefit in the same class. Burn up to 500 calories in just 40 minutes! Dean only wants to teach inside!
