On Wednesday, December 24th, 2008, this class will be 1 and 1/2 hours and go from 5:30am until 7am! Come to sweat! 06/11/2008 7:15am - 8:15am Basic movement-focused yoga, all levels welcome. Students will expand their practice and grow in strength, flexibility, and balance. 06/11/2008 8:15am - 9:15am Inside during the winter!
