08/28/2008 8:30am - 9:30am Gentle yoga with a focus on healing. Students may be assisted by props. 08/28/2008 10:00am - 11:00am Basic body muscular conditioning using resistance, balls, rubber resistance, benches, hand weights, etc.
08/28/2008 11:00am - 11:30am A 30 minute class designed to increase strength and definition in the abs, back, glutes...aka...your CORE!
08/28/2008 11:30am - 12:30pm HIT is an 8 week interval training class consisting of high-rep and low weight strength training with cardio interval burst. This class will push you with calorie-bursting cardio integrated with lots of strength training. Each group will meet 2x per week.
