Gentle yoga with a focus on healing. Students may be assisted by props.

Basic body muscular conditioning using resistance, balls, rubber resistance, benches, hand weights, etc.

A 30 minute class designed to increase strength and definition in the abs, back, glutes...aka...your CORE!

HIT is an 8 week interval training class consisting of high-rep and low weight strength training with cardio interval burst. This class will push you with calorie-bursting cardio integrated with lots of strength training. Each group will meet 2x per week.
08/28/2008 4:30pm - 5:30pm
Latin-style cardio dance that can be done without a partner! Ole!
08/28/2008 6:30pm - 7:30pm
