Volunteers are the cornerstone of the YMCA movement. They coordinate our friendraising, coach youth sports, organize programs, mentor youth and make the Y generally run smoothly. Each YMCA is run by a volunteer board of directors who continually give of themselves to ensure that the Y serves its communities in the best possible way.
