Swim Lessons
YMCA Swim Lessons are offered throughout the year in our indoor pool. Our classes are outlined by the National YMCA of the USA Swim Program. All classes are registered by age. Classes must have 3 students to hold class. Schedules are subject to change. All classes have to be paid for reservation with our courtesy counter. Make up days are announced by the instructor on an as-needed basis.
Swim Team
Swim Team is designed to take children beyond the basic level of swim lessons, advanced stroke development, practice, team concepts, and individual growth are elements of our Competitive Swim School. While we will compete at various meets, our ultimate goal is to have fun.
YMCA Lifeguarding (16 years to adult)
Participant must be at least 16 years of age and a strong swimmer. Students will receive CPR for the professional rescuer. A minimum of 3 participants are required to run the course. Instruction time is 26 hours total. Offered 2-3 times per year.

CPR & First Aid (13 years to adult)
Classes include Adult CPR, Infant/Child CPR, and First Aid for all ages Great classes for all who desire to know how to handle everyday emergencies and CPR for specific age groups. A great skill for parents, teachers, and people of any age. Certifications good for 2 and 3 years.

Water Aerobics
Let the water do the work for you! The benefits of aerobic exercise with less stress on your joints. Water Aerobics provides a therapeutic environment for therapy, pre and postnatal classes, sports-related injuries, cross-training for runners, high intensity workout without joint stress, or just a relaxing stretch class. Water can be many things to everyone! It is the ultimate workout! Schedules are available online and at the courtesy counter. FREE to members!
Aqua Aerobics
This class has cardio conditioning and strength work in shallow water, deep water, or both. This is a good general class.
Senior Water Aerobics
This class is the same format as Water Conditioning with older participant's needs in mind.
