The Welcome Center is set up for quick member ID scans for entrance. All guests must sign in and receive verification here, as well. This is also where members may sign up for services and register for programs, as well.
The express entrance at the back of the building has a scan desk allowing members quick access to the facility.
Our 1,600-square-foot Wellness Center is a comprehensive workout facility for all fitness levels, ages and areas of interest.
Wellness staff members are always on hand to help answer any questions you may have during your time on the wellness floor. They can also connect you with both free and fee-based programs and services to help you set and achieve your health and fitness goals.
All members must adhere to rules for safe use of equipment and the code of conduct.

STAR PHYSICAL THERAPY CLINIC
Located within our facility, this clinic features a diverse offering of quality services and you do not have to be a YMCA Member to have physical therapy here. YMCA Members are able to receive free injury assessments. Signup at the Welcome Center!
Group Exercise Facilities
We offer more than 66 group exercise classes in our studio or in the gym. Basic equipment required for classes is provided. The studio offers ample square footage and mirrors.

Usage policy: All codes of conduct and wellness rules apply for group exercises. We ask that participants do a self-assessment to gauge their fitness level prior to participating in a class.
We have one men's and one women's locker room. Each locker room has two private changing spaces. The women's facility has four showers; the men's has six. Hair dryers are available.
Children over age 7 may not accompany opposite gender parents into the locker rooms. Those using the locker room facilities are expected to follow the stated code of conduct as outlined in the Y rules.
Each locker room has a sauna that may be used by members ages 12 and up.
The men's room offers a steam room for male members ages 12 and up.
Our location boasts one of the largest public Whirlpools in the state of Tennessee. It's located on the indoor pool deck and may be enjoyed by members ages 12 and up.
We have one indoor pool, open daily 15 minutes after building opens until 15 minutes before building closes. The pool is maintained between 84 and 86 degrees and is 55 feet long, 24 feet wide and reaches depths of 3-5 feet.
The pool is utilized for swim lessons and group swim activities. Members must abide by pool rules and the YMCA's swim test policy for younger swimmers.
Our two outdoor pools are open late May through August each year. The lap pool is 25 yards long, 35 feet wide, with depths from 3 to 10 feet. The pool also features a slide.
The half-court gym accommodates a variety of activities, including group exercise, children's free play and pickup basketball.
Our indoor track encircles the wellness room floor. Members ages 10 and up may use the track. Twenty laps equals one mile.
Martial Arts Studio
Our 800-square-foot martial arts studio is host to Tae Kwon Do and other group exercise classes.
More than just a safe place to look after your children while you work out, our Y-Play service offers children ages 6 weeks to 6 years the chance to get the most out of their own visit to the Y through playing, learning and staying physically active.
Children may stay at Y-Play for up to two hours per day and a maximum of nine hours per week.
Parents/guardians are the only adults authorized to leave a child with Y-Play, and are required to remain on-site at the Y during their child's visit. Only the parent or guardian who signs a child into Y-Play may sign them out or pick them up.
If the space reaches capacity, a sign will be posted to alert members.
Youth Activity Center
Our Youth Activity Center is place where youth ages 7-13 can play video games or air hockey, enjoy arts and crafts, play games or get homework done under the supervision of a trained staff member. Parents must sign in and sign out their children.
