Studio A typically hosts very active classes, while Studio B is the spot for Pilates, yoga and active older adult classes. The Fitness Zone is for specialty classes and overflow, while Indoor Cycling is primarily for indoor cycling classes and some yoga sessions.
No matter the location, all group fitness classes are stocked with the basic equipment (steps, stability balls, weights, tubing) you'll need during your class. Check our group fitness calendar for the most up-to-date information on class times and locations.

Our Indoor Cycling Room features 38 well-maintained bikes ready to get your heart pumping with fun and results-focused workouts.

Reservations policy: No signup or reservation is required—classes are available on a first come, first serve basis. Note that the 5 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. classes are extremely popular and fill up quickly.

Fitness Zone

This unique room features a sports wall, hoist equipment, a variety of children's games, as well as weights and stability balls. Staff members are on hand whenever children's activities are running.

Locker Rooms

We offer four locker rooms—one each men and women ages 18 and up as well as two family locker facilities.—to allow you to dress, shower and change before and after workouts. Adult locker rooms include individual lockers, restroom facilities and showers, as well as a lounge area with TV. Amenities such as hair dryers, hair spray, deodorant, razors, feminine hygiene products for the ladies and ironing board and iron are available as well. Private changing stalls are available, and free locks are issued in exchange for keys or ID.

The family locker rooms are open to parents and children under the age of 18. Be sure to remember to bring your own lock and towel if you wish to shower or use the swimming pool, sauna, Whirlpool or steam room.

Sauna, Whirlpool and Steam Room

Soothe and refresh your tired muscles in the sauna, Whirlpool or steam room. These amenities are available in both men's and women's locker rooms. Policies for use are posted on site for easy reference.

Indoor Swimming Pool

Our indoor pool provides members of all ages the chance to experience the benefits of water exercise while having fun, too. Maintained at an inviting 86 degrees, the pool is 25 yards x 15 yards in size, with depths ranging from 3 feet to 10.5 feet. The pool also features a slide.

We offer a variety of water exercise options, from swim lessons and team swimming to water aerobics, scuba and lifeguard training.

Outdoor Swimming Pools

Our outdoor swimming pools provide lots of seasonal exercise opportunities. Lap swimming is offered from March or April through October. In season, open swim hours are 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon-5:30 p.m. on Sunday.

Our large outdoor pool is 25 yards x 15 yards, 4-12-feet deep and features a slide and diving board. We keep one swim lane open at all times, with a 'share and circle swim' lane-sharing policy.

The Mushroom pool is zero entry, reaches just three feet in depth and has a fountain, making it a great option for the little ones.

Gymnasium

Our gym has two half-size courts frequently in use for pickup games, youth sports activities, dodge ball, boot camp and TRX Suspension Training classes. There is no set schedule for this kid-friendly area.

Indoor Track

The cushioned indoor track is located above the gymnasium and accessed via a stairwell and elevator. Eighteen laps around the track equals one mile. The track is always open to members, even when classes are using the track.

Tennis

We operate two outdoor hard courts for tennis. Located behind our building, these courts are offered free of charge to members, though reservations via the Connector Office are strongly recommended. We host clinics for adults and youth, and there is also a free ball machine you may use during your workouts.

Skate Park

The newly renovated and dedicated Alex Le’Vasseur Memorial Skate Park is open to members and non-members. This family-friendly space is a unique addition to our facility. Policies for its use are posted on-site.

Alex Le’Vasseur was born in Southern California. He started skating when he was eight years old, and as he grew so did his love for the sport.  Alex dreamed of being a professional skater.  He spent countless hours learning and perfecting tricks, and even participated and placed in several local skating contests. He first learned to skate at the Brentwood YMCA Skatepark.

Alex’s time with us was short, but his love for life, his passion for adventure, and his compassion for others, continues to impact and live on in those who knew him and those who have learned about him and his life through the outreach of the Alex Le'Vasseur Memorial Fund.
