Check our group fitness calendar for the most up-to-date information on class times and locations.

Classes offered (per week): 66

Most popular classes: Zumba, Lower Body Sculpt, Hot Yoga, Beginner Yoga, Circuit Blast

Indoor Cycling Room

Our Indoor Cycling Room features 12 Schwinn bikes, well maintained and ready to get your heart pumping. Reservations should be made 24 hours in advance; we keep a three-person waiting list for each class that fills to capacity.

The most popular cycling class days and times are Monday nights and Cycle-Abs Fusion classes.

We recommend newcomers to indoor cycle talk with an instructor before taking a class to learn about configuring your bike and other class basics. Cycling is an intense workout; please remember to pace yourself accordingly.

Locker Rooms

We have three locker rooms: one men's, one women's (each for members ages 13 and up)and a family facility. There are 12 showers in both the men's and women's locker rooms and three in the family locker room. Amenities include irons, hair dryers, benches and televisions. Both the men's and women's locker rooms have designated lounge areas.

The women's locker room has a curtained changing area. For private changing in the men's facility, there's a wheelchair accessible bathroom stall that may be used for changing. The family locker room, located in a passageway to get to the outdoor pool area, is open to all ages.

No lockers are available for rent. Members must bring their own locks and take all items with them when they leave.

Those using the locker room facilities are expected to follow the stated code of conduct as outlined in the YMCA Member Handbook.

Sauna

Our sauna is located in the family locker room and is available for members ages 18 and up with the use of a pass code. (Pass codes prevent underage use and may be obtained at the Welcome Center.) We advise members to limit their use to 20 minutes or less per session. It's also wise to drink lots of water and refrain from heavy exercise prior to using the sauna. Those with health concerns may require a doctors' release.

Indoor Pool

We have one indoor pool, open daily when the building opens and closing an hour before the building closes. The pool is maintained at 86 degrees and is 25 yards long, 25 feet wide and reaches a depth of 9 feet.

The pool is utilized for swim lessons and water aerobics. Members must abide by pool rules and the YMCA swim test policy for younger swimmers.

Outdoor Pools

Outside, our main pool and family pool are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day each year. In the main pool, we designate a swim lane on weekdays from 8:30 to 9:15 a.m. and ask members to circle swim if three or more swimmers are present. The lap pool is 25 meters long, 11.5 meters wide, with depth of up to six feet. There's a fountain at the zero entry point and a slide at the deep end.

Pool users must bring their own towels and adhere to pool rules and the YMCA's swim test policy for younger swimmers.
