Indoor Cycling Room
Our Indoor Cycling Room is home to 15 Schwinn exercise bikes to get your heart pumping. We recommend calling us or visiting the Welcome Center 24 hours in advance to reserve your spot in a class. While most of our cycling classes are popular, the 5:30 p.m. Monday and 8:30 a.m. Friday classes tend to fill up especially fast.
30-minute Café
Looking to get a quick but effective workout? Our 30-minute Café is for you. It comes stocked with hydraulic strength training equipment set up in a circuit training setup to help you get the most out of your workout in the shortest amount of time.
This area is open to members 7 and older. See the posted rules for more guidelines on using this space.
Locker Rooms
For your convenience, we provide both men's and women's locker facilities and a family restroom area. Children 6 and older must use the locker room appropriate for their gender; children 5 and under may use a locker area of the opposite gender if they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Our lockers are for day-use only. You may bring your own lock, or borrow one from the Welcome Center in exchange for leaving your house or car keys with us. The men's and women's rooms each have 50 lockers and six showers. There are two private changing rooms in the men's room; the women's facility has four private changing areas.
Sauna
We have saunas in both the men's and women's locker rooms to help you soothe your tired muscles. Both are accessed via the showers and are open to adults 18 and up. To avoid illness or injury due to excessive heat exposure, we strongly encourage members to keep their sauna visits to roughly 10-12 minutes (30 minutes at the most). Please remember to drink water and stay hydrated before, during and after your visit to the sauna.
Indoor Pool
Our indoor pool is open year-round, with at least two and up to six designated lanes for swimming. There is at least one lane open for lap swimming at any given time.
The pool is 25 yards long, 15 feet wide and has a depth that ranges from 3 1/2 to 6 feet. The water temperature is kept between 84 to 85 degrees. The pool also has a chair lift to make it accessible to members with limited mobility.
All members are required to follow all posted pool rules and adhere to the YMCA's swim test policy for younger swimmers.
Outdoor Track
Our outdoor track is located on the perimeter of our soccer fields and is open to all ages. Five laps around the track equals one mile.
Sports Fields
Our sports field has room for six soccer fields of varying sizes depending on the age group using the field. When not in use by our Youth Sports program, the field is available for open play.
Other Areas
Other popular parts of our Y include a pavilion used by our day camp program and our ropes course. A staff member must be present for you to use the ropes course—visit the Welcome Center for more information on its availability.
Y-Play
More than just a safe place to look after your children while you work out, our Y-Play service offers children ages 5weeks to 12 years the chance to get the most out of their own visit to the Y through playing, learning and staying physically active.
Children can enjoy a variety of fun and enriching activities, including play time at Mr. Charlie's Play Place.
Additional information
Children may stay at Y-Play for up to two hours per day and a maximum of nine hours per week.
Parents/guardians are the only adults authorized to leave a child with Y-Play, and are required to remain on-site at the Y during their child's visit. Only the parent or guardian who signs a child into Y-Play may sign them out or pick them up.
