Group fitness at a glance:
No. of classes: 90
Most popular classes: Les Mills BodyPump®, Zumba, Dance it Out, Aqua Zumba
Reservation policy: All classes except indoor cycling available first come, first serve. Indoor cycling participants sign up for a class at the Welcome Center just prior to class.

Indoor Cycling Studio

Get your heart-pumping on one of the 26 Schwinn bikes in our indoor cycling room. To participate in a class, simply sign up at the Welcome Center. We also recommend you bring a sweat towel and water bottle with you. If you are new to class, it's always to show up a few minutes early to get help from the instructor on setting up your bike.

Locker Rooms

We offer locker rooms for men, women and two family locker facilities (one for each gender). The men's and women's locker areas are primarily for adults 18 and older. Children 8 and older should use the family locker facility most appropriate to their gender; those 7 and under may use a family locker room of the opposite gender if they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Lockers are for day-use only. We strongly encourage you to bring a lock and use it to protect your possessions, and to leave all valuables at home.

Sauna, Steam Room & Whirlpool

Our sauna, steam room and Whirlpool facilities are located off the pool deck and available for members and guests 16 and older. While there is no time limit for these areas, we encourage you to stay properly hydrated and use caution to avoid illnesses or injuries resulting from excessive heat exposure.

Pools

We have two indoor pools and one outdoor pool for your use and enjoyment. The year-round indoor lap and therapy pools open with the facility and close 30 minutes prior to closing. Three lanes in the 25-yard lap pool are designated for swimming at any given time. During periods of high activity, we ask swimmers to share lanes and circle swim. The therapy pool includes a ramp and is kept at a soothing 88 degrees (the lap pool is maintained at 82 degrees).

Gym

While it's not quite regulation size, our gym is always busy with group fitness classes, clinics, games and a range of kid-friendly activities. Remember to wear sneakers when using the gym and consult the posted schedule for information on upcoming classes and open play times.

Indoor Track

Our indoor track is accessed via stairs from the gym and the perfect place for exercisers of all ages to walk or run. Some youth fitness classes and triathlon training groups also use the track from time to time.

While the track is open for all ages, children 7 and under must be supervised by an adult who will remain within arm's reach of them.

Y-Play

More than just a safe place to look after your children while you work out, our Y-Play service offers children ages 6 weeks to 6 years the chance to get the most out of their own visit to the Y through playing, learning and staying physically active.

Children in Y-Play are grouped into three areas based on their age. Activities include art, reading and playground time.

Additional information
Children may stay at Y-Play for up to two hours per day and a maximum of nine hours per week.

Parents/guardians are the only adults authorized to leave a child with Y-Play, and are required to remain on-site at the Y during their child's visit. Only the parent or guardian who signs a child into Y-Play may sign them out or pick them up.

Parents are encourage to bring an extra set of clothes (just in case), as well as any needed diapers or wipes.
