An 8-week course that meets for two hours once a week,
combining group work with working out.

- Gain a new perspective to physical fitness and emotional health.
- Become motivated to take care of your self physically and emotionally.
- Connect with others who share in body image struggles.
- Learn the physiology of your emotions.
- Be introduced to a variety of exercise techniques, including:
- Spin, yoga style stretching, weightlifting (free weight and machines), walking/ running, water aerobics, core and abs.
- Opportunity to have group training with an experienced wellness professional.
- Night time and lunch time groups available.

Fees: $100 for non-members $70 for members (includes cost of book)**

The race, set for September 20th, will begin and end at the Green Hills YMCA with all proceeds benefitting our We Build People fund, which helps keep the Y available for all.
