07/03/2008 8:15am - 9:15am A fast paced workout alternating aerobic segments using a step platform, weights, bands, medicine balls and tubing.
07/03/2008 8:15am - 9:20am 07/03/2008 9:00am - 10:00am For the adult fitness swimmer, stroke techniques and circuit training.
07/03/2008 9:30am - 10:30am This class builds strength, balance, power and it is a cardio interval workout.
07/03/2008 9:30am - 10:45am 07/03/2008 10:30am - 11:10am 30-40 minute stretching focusing on the lower body. Great flexibility training for runners, cyclists and everyone.
07/03/2008 11:00am 07/03/2008 11:15am - 12:15pm This is a Vinyasa flowing yoga style class to enhance muscular strength, joint stability, balance and flexibility while moving with the breath.
07/03/2008 12:15pm - 1:15pm 07/03/2008 1:30pm - 3:30pm An 8-week course that meets for two hours once a week,
combining group work with working out.
07/03/2008 4:15pm - 5:15pm High energy, non-stop step class. Open to all levels who want to have fun and sweat.
07/03/2008 4:30pm - 5:30pm This high intensity, results oriented class, consists of cardio drills which include running on the track, grass and/or up and down stairs, skipping on various surfaces and jumping rope. Combined with Core (trunk and spine) balance and strength training, the class promotes fat loss and builds greater endurance, while increasing functional movement and flexibility. Focus is on the challenges of an active lifestyle and injury prevention. Most of class time is spent outdoors with occasional portion of class held inside. All classed taught by Certified Personal Trainers. There will be a one-mile timed run or walk test at the beginning and end of each month.

For safety reasons, you will not be allowed to join a mat class already in progress once the class has completed the “series of five” exercise sequence. YOU MAY NOT BEGIN PILATES WHILE PREGNANT. 07/03/2008 5:30pm - 6:30pm Full-body workout using weights, tubing, medicine ball and stability ball to increase muscle strength and endurance.
07/03/2008 5:30pm - 6:30pm A 60 minute sculpting class based on yoga poses to improved muscular strength and muscular endurance. Open to all levels.
07/03/2008 5:45pm - 6:35pm Stationary cycling classes are approximately 45-50 minutes unless
otherwise noted. Arrive early for set up and bring a water bottle.

The race, set for September 20th, will begin and end at the Green Hills YMCA with all proceeds benefitting our We Build People fund, which helps keep the Y available for all.
