AEROBIC & CONDITIONING CLASSES
We offer over 65 group fitness classes each week! Classes are offered seven days a week. Whatever your fitness level or workout schedule, we have classes that will suit your individual needs. Here are just a few of the awesome options that are available to all of our members for FREE!
ABS: Abdominal curls, crunches, isometric balanced with lower back for strength
Aerobox: It's fast and powerful. Like Hi/Low martial arts!
Boot Camp: Yep! Just like it sounds. Fall out at 05:15 hrs. for jump ropes, drills and more.
Camp Interval: Just do it all. Aerobox, step, conditioning drills and more. Fast paced to keep you moving. Total cardio!
Cardio Challenge: Get your heart pumping with an awesome combination of intermediate to advanced step, intermediate aerobox, and anaerobic intervals.
Core Conditioning: This class works core muscles including abdominals, erecter, traps, pectorals, gluteals and hips. Exercises will be used from various disciplines (yoga, Pilates, ball training and typical strength training).
Express workout: No time ... no problem! This 45-minute class is designed to get you “in and out”.
Fusion 20/20/20: 20 minutes of sculpting, 20 minutes of Pilates, and 20 minutes of yoga.
Glutes and Abs: A group fitness class that is half lower body toning and half abdominal work.
*Indoor Cycling: A stationary specialized cycle is used. Participants will go on group rides over mountains and on flat straight aways …All in your mind. A true mind/body experience!
Intervelocity Training: This class has it all: step, kickboxing, Hi/Lo, and intervals of weight training. If you want to step up your intensity, this class is for you!
Kickbox: A group fitness class that teaches kicks and punches. A great aerobic workout!
*Pedal N' Pump: Half an indoor cycling class. Half a powerlift class. The best of both worlds!
Pilates: Taught by a certified instructor, this is a total-body, non-impact experience which strengthens and stretches the entire body. Movements are experienced from the inside out with an emphasis on the body being a single integrated unit.
*Powersculpt: A strength training class in a group fitness format. Participants use a 40 lb weight set with quick release collars, hand weights, body bars, tubes and more. Prepare yourself to be pumped up!
*Powerlift/Strength: A strength training class using a 40 lb. weight set with quick release collars focusing on heavier weights with fewer repetitions. This class will help build those muscles!
Step Challenge: A cardio challenge for everyone. A more intense, more complicated choreographed class.
Step Interval: Cardio on the step, intervaled with weight work and/or plyometric cardio work.
Super Circuit Sampler: A little bit of it all. Step, circuit stations, floor work…anything goes!
Yoga: A complete mind/body experience that helps participants build strength, flexibility, and energy.
Yogilates: A combination experience of both Yoga and Pilates disciplines.
