Group Fitness
AEROBIC & CONDITIONING CLASSES
Aerobics and conditioning classes are FREE and available to facility members only ages 18 and up. Class schedules and descriptions are available online and at the Member Service desk. If you are new to a class, please let the instructor know before the class starts. Be sure to check out our water aerobic class offerings too!
A.B.S.
Work your core muscles! Abdominal and lower back exercise class designed to enhance your cardiovascular and strength program. Class concludes with stretching.
Aqua Pump
Meet your friends at the pool for a fun water exercise class. A great cardiovascular and strength workout that is easy on the joints.
Indoor Cycling
Ride a stationary bike on an imaginary road listening to great music surrounded by friends. You will climb steep hills, jump over rocky terrain and sprint toward a finish line. Please call one day in advance to reserve a bike (#254-0631). We recommend new participants arrive early for an orientation to the bike. Padded bike shorts are suggested.

Kickboxing
Get out the gloves, roll out the bags and crank up the music! Punch and kick your way to increased cardiovascular endurance, greater muscular strength and improved flexibility. Jump rope, spar with a friend and release tension in a fun and fast paced class.
Y-Box
Like kickboxing without the equipment. Punching and kicking combinations improve coordination, increase agility and give you a great cardiovascular workout.
Latin Aerobics
Low on impact but high on energy! You will have so much fun doing the cha-cha, samba and mambo you'll forget you are working out!
Hatha Yoga
Practice basic Yoga postures and relaxation techniques to improve flexibility increase strength and relieve stress!
Pilates
Walk taller! Feel longer, leaner and stronger! Grab a mat and practice basic Pilates exercises designed to promote core postural (abdominal and back) strength, as well as flexibility. No equipment is used in this class.
Piloga
Pilates + Yoga = Piloga! Piloga + You = increased strength and flexibility!
Powerlift
Sculpt your muscles using barbells with weight plates, bands and dumbbells. Learn basic strength training exercises and proper technique to increase muscular strength.
Step
Move to fun music and get your heart pumping! Class format varies by instructor and involves stepping on and off of a platform for a terrific cardiovascular workout!
B.B.T Step
Basic But Tough! Simple enough for beginners, yet tough enough for advanced exercisers. Basic Step choreography will keep you moving!
Step Challenge
A fast paced Step class with lots of exciting and challenging choreography!!! Come prepared to have fun and sweat!
All of our instructors are certified in CPR and in Group Exercise and/or the respective class formats (i.e. Yoga, Pilates, etc.). Powerlift instructors are certified as a YMCA Personal Trainer Instructor. All fitness levels are welcomed in our classes. Please let your instructor know if you are new. We can help you get started!
