Whether you don't know how to start exercising or have a few stubborn pounds to lose, this challenge is for YOU!!!! Six groups of up to 10 people will be led through a weekly workout by a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer. The group with the best percentage of weight lost at the end WINS!! Trainers will help you learn and make lasting life-style changes, teach you how to deal with pitfalls and show you how to get back on track!

Saturday, April 17th at 8 AM

Ride, Swim & Run/Walk for a Cause!! This non-competitive event is open to ALL fitness levels! No-one left behind. 45 minutes of Cycling, Water Activity and Walking/Running. 8-10 Instructors will lead you through a rewarding time. Enjoy food to fuel your body, a fantastic goody bag AND an event t-shirt for all participants! Sign-up at the Welcome Center. Entry is limited to the FIRST 50 PEOPLE!!

Our YPlay area offers age appropriate activities for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years. This service is for members with a family membership. Children may play up to two hours a day, up to nine hours a week. Parents must remain on YMCA property to participate. Parent must provide a photo ID.

YPlay Hours:
Monday through Thursday 7am-8:30pm
Friday 7am-7pm

Weekend Hours:
Saturday — 7:45am-1:30pm
Sunday — 11am-5pm
