Aeriobic & Conditioning Classes
Try one of our many fitness classes included in your membership. We offer the traditional STEP classes as well as a DOUBLE STEP class using two benches. There is also a Powerlift Plus and Step or Y-Box and Conditioning CIRCUIT class that alternates exercises every three-and-a-half minutes. For those who enjoy strength work, we also have POWER LIFT classes. If you are looking for some quiet time, try one of our YOGA classes. If you would like something different, try out: Indoor Cycling, PILATES and Y-BOX. You do not need to register ahead of time for any of our aerobic and conditioning classes.

Water Aerobics
Let the water do the work for you! The benefits of aerobic exercise with less stress on your joints. Water Aerobics provides a therapeutic environment for therapy, prenatal and postnatal classes, sports-related injuries, cross training for runners, high-intensity workout without joint stress or just a relaxing stretch class. Water can be many things to everyone! It is the ultimate workout! Schedules are available at the member service desk. FREE to members!

Arthritic Aqua
(Arthritis Foundation of America and YMCA) Use the warmth, buoyancy and resistance properties of water to help decrease pain and joint stiffness. Improve flexibility, muscle strength, endurance, coordination and range of motion. Entrance to the water is made easier with a chair lift. Schedules are available at the member service desk. FREE to members!
