Whether you don't know how to start exercising or have a few stubborn pounds to lose, this challenge is for YOU!!!! Six groups of up to 10 people will be led through a weekly workout by a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer. The group with the best percentage of weight lost at the end WINS!! Trainers will help you learn and make lasting life-style changes, teach you how to deal with pitfalls and show you how to get back on track!
Ride, Swim & Run/Walk for a Cause!! This non-competitive event is open to ALL fitness levels! No-one left behind. 45 minutes of Cycling, Water Activity and Walking/Running. 8-10 Instructors will lead you through a rewarding time.
