07/07/2008 8:30am - 9:50pm This class is a combination class of cardio and strength building. You will work every muscle in the body. Burn 500-800 calories a class!
07/07/2008 10:00am - 11:30am This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures…a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs.
07/07/2008 11:35am - 12:50pm 07/07/2008 1:00pm - 2:00pm This class will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement.
07/07/2008 4:30pm - 5:30pm 07/07/2008 5:30pm - 6:30pm Anyone can cycle! A short 45-50 minutes makes it a very efficient cardio class. Great for beginners. Make sure to let the instructor know that you are new to cycling.
07/07/2008 6:30pm - 7:45pm All fitness levels welcome! This class combines the cardio of kickboxing with a variety of strength and defense moves interspersed throughout the class. Bring gloves if you have them.
