What is the 30-Minute Express Workout?- 30-minute workout located in an enclosed scenic area in the Cool Springs YMCA. It offers a tightly structured 30-minute workout in a circuit-training format.

- The equipment is a snap to use. This concept has been highly successful because it's easy, quick and fun.
- The room is open the same hours as our facility and is staffed with motivating trainers to help you reach your personal fitness goals.
- Great for users of all ages and levels
- Donated by the Tennessee Breast Cancer Coalition to enhance our outreach programs for Breast Cancersurvivors and has enhanced our other outreach programs helping those with Lupus and Diabetes
- Part of our new Kid Fit and DS2 (DiabeteSmart for kids) programs
- Classes feature high-energy music so the class really flies. Here are some of the results you will see:
