3N1 Fitness Program
Make sure your next exercise program succeeds with the help of the YMCA's 3N1 Fitness Program.
A free service for YMCA members, 3N1 fitness will provide you with a customized exercise program designed to put you on the best path toward achieving your health and fitness goals. Here's how it works:
- You will meet with a wellness coach to build your 3N1 Fitness plan for the next 30 days
- As part of your plan, you'll commit to exercising at least 3 days a week
- Log your workouts on your exercise calendar and use the tips on your Well-being Tip Sheet
- You'll meet with your wellness coach up to three additional times to track your progress and add new strength and cardio exerciss to your plan
- After 12 weeks, you will be well on your way to a healthier you!
Family 3N1 Wellness Program
One of our wellness coaches will instruct a fitness program for kids ages 10-13 and a parent(s), detailing safe and effective equipment use for assisting their youth in the wellness center. This 12 week beginner course will help guide your family to a healthy lifestyle.

Wellness Consultations: Meet with a YMCA wellness coach to discuss your wellness goals and what is motivating you to live a healthy lifestyle.
Nutrition and Fitness Assessments: Nutritional counseling for Osteoporsis, Heart Disease, Stroke prevention, Weight loss, Breast Cancer, Cancer prevention, and Blood sugar stablization. Using Micro-Fit software, our trainers are able to assess your current weight and eating habits and give recommendations to help get to your goal weight, body fat %, and fitness goals.
Personal Training Consultation: Meet with a nationally certified YMCA personal trainer to discuss your wellness goals and develop a personalized plan to achieve them.

Personal Training
Personal training can make a difference in the success of your program. Our trainers can work with you regularly or on a consulting basis to help design a workout that is uniquely yours. Trainers encourage you to exercise and reach your goals. Trainers are CPR certified and also hold current Trainer certifications. Trainers must be employed by the YMCA. Members may not provide their own trainers. See courtesy counter for more information.
Individual Training- Receive the individual attention you want and need by working one-on-one with a certified trainer. :
Rates:
- 1 session - $50
- 5 session package - $200
- 10 session package - $350
- 20 session package - $600
Pair up with a friend or loved one and develop a customized plan together with the help of your YMCA personal trainer. (60 min sessions)
Semi- Private Group Training (for groups of 2-4)
1 session $40/person
10 sessions $230/person
20 sessions $440/person
Couples Personal Training (two individuals)
1 session - $65
4 session - $240
8 sessions - $480
12 sessions - $720
Swat: Supervised weight & athletic training for kids ages 9-13 with combination of cardio and strength trainging. Days and times for this class will be Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:30-5:30pm. A YMCA willness coach will be instructing the class. Sign-ups start the last Monday of the previous month and ends the last day of the previouse month.
Active Older Adults
Seniors and older adults can enjoy a full menu of fun activities for a healthy spirit, mind, and body! The aquatics center is a great place to start ... water aerobics, lap swimming, relaxing in the sauna, steam room or whirlpool. Try a group exercise class ... Genesis Step, Fit for Everyone, Yoga or Sit to be Fit. Gather for a walk on the Indoor Track, join us for a luncheon, Bible Study or an educational lecture. No matter what your interests are, you'll always find fun and lots of new friendships. Won't you join our family of Active Older Adults?
