07/01/2008 11:15am - 12:15pm 07/01/2008 12:00pm - 1:00pm This class is designed to increase core strength through exercises that develop abdominal and low back muscles.
07/01/2008 4:15pm - 4:45pm 07/01/2008 5:30pm - 6:30pm 07/01/2008 6:15pm - 7:15pm A total body class including step choreography with a little kickbox and strength thrown in. Abs are included. Total Circuit: Alternate periods of cardio work with periods of strength work using a wide variety of equipment.
07/01/2008 6:30pm - 7:45pm Intense cyclists, c’mon! This 75-minute class will challenge the best of you!
07/01/2008 7:15pm - 8:15pm Total body muscular conditioning using resistance balls, rubber resistance, benches, dumbbells and body bars.
