08/13/2008 8:30am - 9:15am Latin infused cardio dance, so fun you don’t notice you are sweating your tail off!
08/13/2008 9:15am - 10:15am A person practicing tai chi moves their body in a slow, relaxed, and graceful series of movements. The movements make up what are called forms (or routines). In addition to movement, two other important elements in tai chi are breathing and meditation.
08/13/2008 9:30am - 10:30am Practice basic yoga postures and relaxation techniques to improve flexibility, balance and increase strength.
08/13/2008 10:30am - 11:30am Basic body muscular conditioning using resistance balls, rubber resistance, benches, dumbbells and body bars.
08/13/2008 10:45am - 11:00am Tired of doing the same basic crunches? In this workout you’ll be led through a variety of effective exercises designed to work the entire core area as well as a few extra exercises for the glutes.
08/13/2008 11:00am - 11:45am Water bottle and towel ARE required; Classes are targeted to all fitness levels, are non-impact, and great for cross training. *If this class is new to you, we recommend you arrive 10 minutes prior to your class so your instructor may help set your adjustments. Cycle: Your endurance builds, your heart grows stronger, and you burn lots of calories - all while you're listening to great music and having fun! Each class is a ride that may include hills, intervals, sprints and recovery periods. It is one of the fastest-growing, dance-based fitness crazes in the country, with people of all ages falling in love with its infectious music and easy-to-follow dance moves. Zumba! 08/13/2008 12:15pm - 1:15pm Enjoy a fun muscular strength or cardio circuit class using a variety of equipment in our community room. Level I—lower intensity, level II—work a little harder, not for beginners.
08/13/2008 1:30pm - 2:30pm A well-rounded and fun water workout that includes cardio-vascular conditioning and muscle strengthening using various equipment and water resistance. The "basic" version of this class is a shorter and/or less intense workout with all the same.
08/13/2008 4:15pm - 5:15pm Enjoy 2 or more of your favorite formats together in the same hour. Fun step choreography, and strength training. 08/13/2008 5:30pm - 6:00pm

“stepper”. You will learn proper form and safety in a low impact
format. Great for beginners. 08/13/2008 5:30pm - 6:30pm If you can sit on a bike and pedal then go for this class. Beginners and advanced participants can benefit in the same class. Burn up to 500 calories in just 40-minutes. *If this class is new to you, we recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your class so your instructor may set your adjustments and help you ride safely.
